4.4 Application data is retained for 2 years to allow employers to review past applications and maintain recruitment records.
4.5 We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including dispute resolution and enforcement of our Terms.
4.6 Upon account deletion, we anonymize or delete your personal data within 30 days, except for information we must retain for legal compliance.
