3.2 With Job Seekers: Employers can view the profiles and applications of candidates who have applied to their job postings or whose profiles match their searches (in premium services).

4.3 Employer data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 7 years after termination for legal and accounting purposes.

4.4 Application data is retained for 2 years to allow employers to review past applications and maintain recruitment records.

4.5 We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including dispute resolution and enforcement of our Terms.

4.6 Upon account deletion, we anonymize or delete your personal data within 30 days, except for information we must retain for legal compliance.
