Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese/Indian dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Oversee the designated kitchen section and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Plan and manage daily mise en place for service and special events.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Monitor stock usage and minimize wastage.
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
