Our responsibility doesn't end when a job is posted. We continuously monitor active listings, respond promptly to user reports of suspicious activity, regularly audit employer accounts, and remove outdated or filled positions to keep our database current. Employers who violate our terms or receive negative feedback face account suspension or termination.

Processing Timelines

We respect the urgency of both job seekers and employers. New job postings are reviewed within 24 hours, while employer verification typically takes 2–3 business days. Applications are delivered instantly upon submission, and employers are encouraged to respond within 7 days. Additionally, we follow up with employers who haven’t reviewed applications within 14 days.
